Site Events

Battle of the Books 

All MUSD elementary schools in a Battle of the Books. Students competed to see who could read the most from the beginning of the school year until the end of March. The more words they read, the more points they acquired. Within the competition, students played reading games against other schools and accumulated points for their team.  At the end of the event, students were awarded participation badges, and the winning teams earned medals and/or trophies.
